Iris Lynn Bailey

Iris is the Founder, President and Clinical Supervisor at Pipeline To God Communications, Inc. She is a licensed clinical therapist, play therapist and substance abuse counselor. BA, M-Div., MA, PCC-Supv. She is trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT); in Trauma and Grief-Focused CBT; and in CARE: Child-Adult Relationship Enhancement. She specializes in working with at-risk families, children and adolescents addressing child maltreatment, PTSD and other forms of trauma resulting from domestic violence. She received her BA in Education from Heidelberg University, her Master of Divinity in Biblical Studies and her Master of Arts in both Clinical and Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. Reverend Iris is an ordained Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church in Cleveland, OH.
